  • We Offer Return/Exchange under the following Circumstances.

  • Product Recieved is Damaged/Defective

  • Wrong Product Delivered

  • Exchange of Products on the sole discretion of SHANA

  • We pack our products with utmost care in transit worthy packing so that it reaches you in perfect condition

  • Since our products are Handcrafted there is bound to be Slight colour/size variation in different batches as there products are not mass produced

  • Following Products shall not be eligible for Return or Replacement

  • Damages due to to Mishandling/Misuse of products

  • Any product which is returned without the original packaging including packaging used for Transit

  • Any product which is "MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED"

  • Please get in touch within 24 Hours of receiving the product to initiate return.

  • Your Refund would be initiated within 5-7 Working Days from receiving the product(s) 


  • An order cancellation request can be accepted before it is dispatched.​​

  • In-case of Pre Payment the refund would take 5-7 working days

  • In case of an "MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOMIZED" product, no cancellation will be accepted

  • Order Cancellation from SHANA

  • The Following conditions can lead to "Order Cancellation"

  • If the product is "OUT OF STOCK"

  • If our logistics partner cannot deliver to the mentioned location

  • Our products are not available for resale. In case we find a customer indulging in such "dubious activity" or there is "conflict of interest" SHANA reserves its right to cancel the order
