Some lessons are learnt the hard way.We did offer COD to begin with but that meant dealing with Fake Orders,Failed Delivery Attempts.We still offer “Partial COD” but the 20 Percent you pay upfront makes the delivery experience smooth for the brand and the customer.

We’ve got you covered. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within the time mentioned in our return policy with inboxing video and we’ll help with a replacement .
That said we have had 0 returns due to damages or quality issues in 2026 ( It’s safe to say we have cracked our packaging )
